What does program Erasmus+ offer you?
What is Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is a program launched by the European Union (EU) that promotes education, training, youth, and sports in Europe. The program, which began in 1987, has provided millions of European students with the opportunity to study or gain work experience abroad. Erasmus+ combines seven previous EU programs and now includes opportunities for people of all ages to participate in educational and training projects abroad.
The program offers support for a wide range of activities, including exchange programs for students and staff, internships, volunteer projects, and collaborations between educational institutions and organizations. The goal of Erasmus+ is to promote personal and professional development, improve language skills, and foster intercultural understanding.
Erasmus+ also funds projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education and training, supporting innovation and the modernization of education systems, and promoting cooperation between countries and sectors. The program is open to EU member states, as well as other countries associated with the program.
